The Process
The first step is to fill out the Wedding Stationery Questionnaire so I can better understand your design style and aesthetics, materials, print methods and all the bells and whistles that will turn this project into your dream wedding suite. Next, I will schedule a complimentary phone/skype consultation to further assess the specifics of your wedding invitation suite, including budget and timeline.
Then, a proposal will be sent to you for approval. This proposal includes the stationery contract and an initial invoice for a non-refundable design fee to start the project. Once the contract is signed and the design fee is paid, I will create a moodboard including a sketch of the suite design, materials and color palette. After receiving your feedback on the initial draft, any updates required will be made accordingly.
Upon final approval of design, materials and print methods, you will receive an invoice that is due before production begins. Production can take anywhere from five to ten weeks depending on project complexity. Printing alone can take two to four weeks. For this reason it is advised to begin the design process weeks in advance.
